Steven is responsible for accelerating the growth and expanding the market presence of EMC’s Content Management and Archiving Division in South Asia, overseeing the business performance, new business development as well as the sales function of integrated software solution suites that enable enterprise search, document management, collaborative workspaces, automation of rich content, archiving of email, files and data, and legal discovery.

Prior to joining EMC, Steven was the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Salesforce.com in Asia Pacific, where he managed a team of highly-focused managers and individuals across Hong Kong, China, India and Singapore to drive the business in North Asia, South-East Asia and the Indian sub-continent.

Throughout his career, Steven has also held several high-level, customer-facing positions at Oracle, i2 Technologies and Accenture that saw him driving and contributing to revenue goals across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Steven brings with him 17 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and technology, and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology in England .
